NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS

  1. Complete the Returns Form
    Download and Print out the Returns & Exchanges form.
  2. New Condition
    Make sure your item is in new and re-sellable condition with tags OR is a defect approved by the SoccerPro Customer Service ([email protected]).
    If there are apparent signs of wear on the product it will not be accepted for return at our discretion
  3. Defective Items
    Please call us at 877-762-7776 to verify the defect with us. See details below.
  4. Footwear
    Don’t use the shoe box as the shipping box!
  5. Ship it back
    You can quickly get a shipping label from SoccerPro by using the UPS Return Service Label. Just print and ship to any UPS Store. An $8 fee is charged for an exchange or applied to the refund if the SoccerPro Return Service Label is used. You may ship the package back to us in any way you prefer. SoccerPro is not responsible for items lost in transit so PLEASE use a service that offers to track all the way to our door.
  6. Getting something back?
    SoccerPro pays for the shipping fees back to you on valid exchanges and replacements on defective merchandise.

FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
The amount of credit to your account for a future purchase is based on the amount of time since you received the item before the defect occurred. Defective items do not qualify for a payment refund.

0-59 days: 100% credit
60-89 days: 50% credit
90-119 days: 40% credit
120-149 days: 30% credit
150-180 days: 20% credit
Over 180 days: No credit is provided

PLEASE DO NOT send your item back to the manufacturer. Call or e-mail us if you have a defective item. It’s much easier than shipping it back before we get the scoop from you.

Remember, natural wear and tear are not considered defective merchandise.
